The guard must be courteous, approachable, and able to respond promptly to incidents without the use of weapons, relying instead on de-escalation and communication skills.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid unarmed security guard license or guard card (state-specific)
  • CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or required depending on employer)
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of security, customer service, or related experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old (some employers may require 21+)
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Excellent observational, verbal, and written communication skills

This role involves maintaining a constant state of readiness to identify and respond to potential threats while ensuring the safety, privacy, and peace of mind of our clients. Ideal candidates are discreet, disciplined, and experienced in managing high-stakes environments with confidence and precision.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in executive protection, military, law enforcement, or private security
  • Strong situational awareness and threat assessment skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to work long, irregular hours
  • Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel frequently and adapt to changing environments
